Kia Sabz's membership club was launched to promote customer satisfaction and act as a feedback mechanism to improve customer service.
Becoming a Member
1. Filling out a membership form fom a Kia Sabz's sales representative; or
2. Filling out an online membership form on Kia Sabz's website.
Rules
The website of Kia Sabz Membership Club is subject to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran including privacy laws and e-commerce.
Accordingly, all members must only enter their personal information correctly and do not have the right to fill out any forms on behalf of someone else in any capacity. Kiasabz is not responsible for any mistakes, ommissions made by the potential members in providing their information for becoming a member.
Rewards Program
Members earn points for every purchase according to a point system at the discretion of Kia Sabz. Members can at any time view their purchases and the number of points they earn corresponding to each purchase.
Benefits
Register your purchases in your personal account and earn points. Every month Kia Sabz has a drawing amongst its members for valuable prizes. All information about the points is kept is a dedicated portal showing date of purchase, number of points and different rewards programs Kia Sabx offers. Members can use their points towards their next purchase without losing any points if not used.

1 point upon membership
5 points for each 10 0 million Rials purchase
1 point for referring your friends as Kia Sabz customer
1 point for a sendig a video using Kia Sabz products
1 point for filling out customer satisfaction survey form
Each point corresponds to one million Rials with every 10 points entitling a member to receving a discount code towards his/her next purchase.

1. How is the member informed about their points?
Upon registration as a member, a username, password is sent to each member as a text message. Afterwards, the member can go to the website and complete their profile information. All points earned are shown in the member's account. If upon 72 hours after each purchase, the points are not reflected in the member's account, he/she should contact + 98 21 882 10286.
2. How can I change my username/password or if I forget my password?
A. In case of forgetting your password, you can go to the membership section and change your password using the mobile number you initially registered with and a new password will be sent via a text message.
B. Changing my password-Please follow the same steps as forgetting your password.
3. Does Kia Sabz use a universal pricing system across Iran?

Information is available on the website, via email, text message and various forms of social media (telegram, whatsapp and instagram).
